Update to Interview Manager and Watch List

Your AppliTrack system had been updated with two new functionalities:

Interview Participant Permissions
Now, any member of your interview committee, if you choose, can add or remove applicants from an interview series.  Previously, only the creator of the interview series was able to add or remove applicants to the interview series.

Watch List Updates
Three new functionalities are available in the existing Applicant Watch List tool.

First, you may Confirm or Dismiss a watch list flag should one appear for an applicant.  This will allow help you ensure that watch list flags are only associated with the correct individuals.  Should you need to flag an applicant named "John Smith", you can be certain that other "John Smiths" will be free of the flag.

Secondly, you may quickly Confirm or Dismiss groups of applicants with watch list flags.

Finally, it is now possible for various district staff members to receive an e-mail notification once an applicant applies for a job and is flagged.

New Electronic Signature and Applicant Pipelines released

Two new features have been installed into your AppliTrack system this week:

Electronic Signatures 
There is now available a new option that allows you to capture an ESIGN 2000 compliant electronic signature.  This new feature will guarantee the authenticity of an individual's electronic signature within the eyes of the statute.  To use this new feature and learn more about it, click here.



Applicant Pipelines
The new Pipeline feature allows you to associate applicants with a certain stage of a hiring process, and then give certain hiring team members access to applicants within certain pipeline stages.  For example, you may want principals to only see applicants who are in a pipeline called, "Reference Checks Complete".  To learn more and begin using Applicant Pipelines, click here.

Add New Users Wizard and more!

Your AppliTrack Recruiting system has been updated to include the following new features:

  • Add New Users Wizard:  Now, you have the ability to upload multiple users at once using the batch upload wizard which can be found in the Users Tab under Upload New Users.
  • 2012 I9 and W4 Updates:  For those districts that send the I9 and W4 form to new hires, we have updated the new forms for 2012.
  • AdminFit:  All current AppliTrack Recruiting clients can use the new AdminFit screening tool for one administrative vacancy for free!  Simply select the AdminFit application page when creating a job posting and your applicants will be asked to take the test.  Scores and reports will appear in the applicant list view when reviewing applicants.

New AppliTrack Facebook App Released!

All AppliTrack systems have been updated to allow district vacancies to appear on your organization's Facebook page.  

Follow the steps below to use the new feature:

2.  Click Add to My Page which is found on the left side of the page

3.  Select the Facebook page on which you want your jobs to appear

4.  Go to the Facebook page that you selected 

5. Click on the words Job Opportunites which can now be found on the left side of your page

6. Type the name of your district into the search box

7. Click Select

Now, applicants can apply directly to your vacancies through your Facebook page.  And, you can share vacancies with your Facebook friends and allow for your friends to do the same!

AppliTrack Version NOW! Update: 7/7/2011

A few nice enhancements have been released into your AppliTrack system.

Interview Manager Cutoff Time
Now, you can assign a cutoff time to an interview slot so that applicants are unable to select an interview time less than one, two, three, etc. hours prior to the session start time.  For example, you may not want an applicant to choose an 8:00 AM interview time slot at 7:15 AM on that same day.  Now, you can ensure that you have ample time to prepare for any interviews that are scheduled by applicants.

Adminstrator Home Tab Message
AppliTrack SuperUsers may now create a custom messege that is displayed to all district AppliTrack users.  For example, you may want to post a message to all administrators that says, "Reminder, all teacher evaluations are due March 1st!"  From the Home Tab, simply click "Edit Message" at the top of the screen where it says, "Welcome!"

AppliTrack Version NOW! Update: 6/22/2011

Social Media Tools
Your applicants can now help you recruit!

A neat new feature has been added to AppliTrack that will allow your applicants to broadcast one of your vacancies to one of over 100 social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn - directly from your job posting page!  An applicant has always been able to e-mail a job posting to a friend and we believe this new functionality will allow your vacancies to leverage to massive audience of social media users.
